Your appointments are very important to Lavish Lockz and it is reserved especially for you. In saying that I do NOT double book. I understand that  sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary for the client and stylist. Cancellation fee for 24 hours or less is 50% of the starting price you booked. A NO SHOW is 100% of the starting price you booked. Formal hair, including wedding, prom, homecoming etc is 50% of the service you booked not canceling within 48 hours. In order to respect my time, that fee that will immediately come out the time of the scheduled appointment. Please be advised if you no-show on a rescheduled appointment (a second no-show) we will not schedule any future appointments.
